Walsh Business College is a fully accredited member of the Association for Online Academic Accreditation, (AOAA).

The Association for Online Academic Accreditation is a global accreditation organization and is not associated with or recognized by any regional accreditation organization or agency of the United States of America, or the U.S. Department of Education. The Association for Online Academic Accreditation grants accreditation to institutions worldwide that are not able to receive accreditation through agencies of the United States due to territorial boundaries.

The Association for Online Academic Accreditation follows guidelines similar to agencies that are territorially bound such as those in the US in evaluation of candidates for accreditation. Accreditation is granted in single year increments and institutions must be re-evaluated each year. Walsh Business College also is a fully accredited member of The International Council for Accreditation and Academic Standards (ICAAS).

The International Council for Accreditation and Academic Standards (ICAAS) is an international, independent, not-for-profit, post-secondary accrediting organization. Founded in 1984, ICAAS promotes standards, champions quality education, promotes academic standards for traditional and online institutions; and advocates for the value of international accreditation.

ICAAS accreditation is a process of evaluating an institution against best-practice standards. ICAAS develops standards by using a consensus model with input from education providers, funders,

policymakers and consumers across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. The standards represent up-to-date research findings, regulations, and academic experience that together serve to define quality organizational practice. ICAAS's standards are comprised of organizational and management standards and academic standards, including the full array of educational services, institutional analysis, financial management/debt services, teacher evaluation guidelines, and many academic areas for which no other accreditor has standards.
