Universities, Government Agencies and Employers that are not in the same country
as the University rely on the evaluation of recognized evaluation agencies to
issue a document that states if the college is considered equivalent to a

colleges. However, some employers and colleges use other criteria and a
prospective student should always check with his or her employer or college to
insure that he or she will meet their specific standards.
