International University is welcoming Lincoln University in a
mutual agreement for providing international qualifications for
more people in the world.
Lincoln University is a private non-profit, non-sectarian educational
institution based in Oakland. It was founded in 1919 in San Fransisco
by Dr. Benjamin Franklin Lickey.
Lincoln University is accredited to award bachelor's and master's
degrees by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges Schools
The campus is located at 15th and Franklin Streets in downtown
Oakland with large, pleasant classroom, seminar rooms, lecture
halls as well as a library.
Lincoln University confers the following degrees:
Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BA)
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BS)
Master in Business Administration (MBA)

University will enable Berkeley's students to transfer and study
at Lincoln's campus in Oakland, California. Upon completion of their
study, the students may join Lincoln's graduation ceremony in California,
as well as obtaining dual-qualifications.
Lincoln University always maintains an interracial and intercultural
orientation. The geographical and historical influence on the San
Fransisco Bay Area has brought students from many nations, especially
a dominance of Asian students to the College. Various on-campus
