Twenty-four institutions, comprising 91 physicists, signed an Expression-of-Interest letter describing an LC R&D effort to be based at Fermilab. A number of people who are interested in participation chose not to sign the EOI at the present time due to their own constraints; others contacted us after the letter was delivered to Mike Witherell on June 12, 2002.

An asterisk denotes the contact person for each group. Please note that the contact person does not necessarily function as an institution's spokesperson. Groups which have tended to participate in more than one independent project may have a tradition of individual spokespersons for each of their research efforts.
